Hello
Vicki Oberg
Cook - vickioberg@saintvdp.org
I am a widow with two grandchildren, 13 and 20, that I am raising. They are the best part of my life at home, along with our dog, Eddie. I worked for Minnesota Vikings Food Service for 14 years before coming to St. Vincent. As Director of Marketing and Catering for the company, I was given the opportunity to work at Winter Park and feed the Vikings during the season for 3 years. They were big eaters, but I think we have some students that could put them to shame. Trying to figure out what the students will eat each month is my toughest job. They never eat the same two months in a row. It’s exciting when they will at least try a new item and fantastic when they like it, too.
